Consulting as
a Service

Our first-to-market consulting as a service platform puts the knowledge and experience of our professionals to work on your behalf. Perhaps you have a client, the vendors, and an installation team ready to go, but you need someone to create the solution design, guide your team through the integration process, commission the system, and train the client. That's where our CaaS platform can help! Our menu of services is available a la carte or as a collective project support contract, meaning whichever part of the integration process you need to supplement, we have a team for that. This platform is intended for growing integrators who may not have access to the tools or teams necessary to meet evolving project needs organically.

Programming Services

We offer custom API integration programming for control systems, enterprise network provisioning, and UI development and implementation services tailored to your needs and end-user preferences. We specialize in Kramer Control, Atlona Velocity, and RTI control. Let one of our experienced team members discuss the benefits with you!

Enterprise Network Solutions (ENS)

From small businesses to multi-site corporate networking, we can prepare a design that delivers the capabilities to keep your business connected. We specialize in Ubiquiti network solutions, offering complete coverage through one platform: network control, switching, access points, VoIP phones, access control, and surveillance. One of our knowledgeable network engineers can walk you through our client interview process to determine what suits your business model best.

Integrator-client Consulting (ICC)

Our Integrator-client Consulting service is a full-feature offering where we complete the initial client consultation/walk-through, solution development, and client design approval at a minimum. We can also incorporate the full gamut of CaaS into a turn-key service where we support you and your client from start to finish, including life-cycle servicing. If you are getting started or are new to the region, our team can give you a local presense.

Installation Project Support and Documentation (IPSD)

Let one of installation specialists guide your team during the installation step of the integration process. We can prepare project documentation including: wire diagrams, cable labels, solution diagram, how-to guides, and more as dictated by the project requirements. If your client is requiring certain deliverables at the conclusion of the project, we can help prepare and deliver the documentation and supporting materials you need so that you can focus on the project and client.

Project Management

Our certified project managers (PM) can bring years of experience to your team on the ground and unify the many diverse aspects of a complex integration project. PMs are essential to the installation process. Our PMs remain abreast of industry developments and work hard to bring your project to fruition promptly and efficiently. The PM service can be elected as part of our comprehensive ICC service.

Solution Training

Once the installation and commissioning are completed, it's time to demonstrate your newly completed project to your client and walk them through basic troubleshooting steps. We can achieve this instrumental step for success on behalf of projects that we have designed or been a partner in since the conclusion of the design step of the integration process. Sometimes a client may need re-training after using the solution for several months, and we can save you time and travel expenses by completing the second phase of training.

Solution Post-Integration Troubleshooting & Programing (SPITP)

This service offers your client post-integration through you, the integrator. We will receive a service request from you and then contact the client to troubleshoot over the phone, send a technician onsite, or perform remote diagnostics and servicing, depending on the type of solution. To use this service it must be in reference to an ETS design or an integrator design that ETS was directly involved during the integration.

Integrator-client Contracted Support

Perhaps you have a client that needs quick service responses and may not have time to work through the SPITP program. With this service option, once an integration concludes, we can take on the integrator-client as an ETS client for support-only services. If the integrator-client has a new project need arises during our service relationship, we will refer them back to you for the new project.

Integrator Support and Service

We take pride in our client relationships! Our service and support don't end when a project concludes. We are here for you through our complimentary warranty period and beyond, with reliable service and troubleshooting options to keep you moving forward. Please talk with your consultant about including one of our extended coverage options with your project.
